“The rooms here are a pleasant surprise, spacious and remarkably quiet even situated above the pub. That establishment itself, with its traditional feel and fireplaces, is quite something, serving up an excellent menu - the fillet steak, in particular, was a highlight. It strikes me as a solid choice, offering a genuinely comfortable and well-catered stay.”
